A comfortable and spacious base for exploring the area
Positive: Plenty of space for all the family, socially or privately.
Great bathroom and kitchen facilities.
Adequate parking for 3 cars
The atmosphere and convenience of an ancient building renovated to 21st century standards.
We loved Broughty Ferry!
Easy access to Dundee and the VnA, HMS Unicorn, the train station, St Andrews and beyond.
Negative: Not really ‘didn’t like’ but the facilities could have been even better with the correct amount of cutlery and kitchen utensils, the fixing of the strip that kept falling off the oven door, more efficient wifi extenders, lighter, better quality duvets, and refilled soap dispensers.
