Commercial Street Residence

The apartment isnt ready to be rented Negative: Washing machine was broken with foul smelling standing water in it. The fridge was full of condensation, probably from a power outage that the fridge hadnt been cleaned up after. The apartment smelled like mildew whenever we came back in. There were no controls for the thermostat and "radiator units" didnt work. The provided instructions about the appliances didnt describe any of the actual appliances. Finally, and most terribly, just outside the windows there was some kind of drain that was shooting water out of a hole in the wall from the second floor down into a grate on the bottom of the courtyard. The water came out as shots of nearly every second with a volume of about a liter per shot. When it hit the ground from the second floor it mostly missed the grate and hit the ground with a loud slapping sound. This slapping sound was constant and right outside the window for the entire weekend and disrupted our sleep and ability to use the windows. I rarely leave reviews but anyone looking at staying here needs to be warned. Terrible experience

Koselig☺️ Positive: Fantastisk beliggenhet 😀 leiligheten er romslig og inneheld alt ein treng. Dusjen hadde bra trykk🙂 Negative: Veldig lytt, så vi hørte naboene godt i løpet av natta, litt smelling med dører osv, men ikkje eit problem for oss☺️ køyesengene var vonde å ligga i, madrassene er nok litt for tynn, men vi har ikkje fått såre, vonde rygger av det, så det har gått veldig fint🙂

Positive: Lovely building good shower and bath very comfortable bed our dog was welcome its city centre so there is some noise at night but it did not keep us awake .

Positive: Great location, really good facilities and a nice clean flat. The stairs did not bother us at all but I can see those with mobility issues couldn't stay here. Apparently the bunk beds weren't the most comfortable but the double bed was fine. We'd definitely stay again. The management company were excellent as they thought we'd left some items and contacted us immediately.
