Hermitage Road, Stunning Home in the Heart of Broughty Ferry

Lovely house in great lication Positive: This was a lovely spacious Victorian house with original features but also beautifully modernised. Everything was fresh and clean. My elderly mother was very comfortable in the ground floor bedroom with ensuite while we had the upstairs bedroom with separate bathroom. Each floor had a livingroom and there was a large well equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Outside were great seating areas at both the front and back. A space for parking a car was right next to the house but it was only 5 minutes walk to the train station and shopping area. Even so it was quietly located so ideal for a relaxing holiday. We had the best time in an amazing property. We will most definitely be back soon. Positive: Perfect location, stunning property, well equipped Negative: Only thing I would have liked was a mirror in the downstairs bedroom for hair and makeup. However didn’t effect our trip in anyway.

If this house is available on your chosen dates, book it - you won’t be disappointed! Positive: Everything was perfect, house and gardens are stunning and immaculate. Home from home with everything you could possibly need. Location is fantastic with shops, cafes, beach, castle, play park etc all a short walk away. We visited as a family of 4 with two under 10s and had a fantastic time - we didn’t want to leave and would love to return one day! Negative: Nothing could have been better. A lovely and relaxing stay.

Lovely property with a beautiful outdoor area Positive: The property was beautiful. It was very clean and extremely comfortable and everything we needed was there. The beds were so comfortable and cosy. The towels and the bed linen smelled great!! In fact the whole house smelled fantastic. The outdoor areas were very nice and sheltered with beautiful garden furniture to enjoy. It was just a very short walk into the middle of the town.
