Hermitage Road, Stunning Home in the Heart of Broughty Ferry

Lovely property with a beautiful outdoor area Positive: The property was beautiful. It was very clean and extremely comfortable and everything we needed was there. The beds were so comfortable and cosy. The towels and the bed linen smelled great!! In fact the whole house smelled fantastic. The outdoor areas were very nice and sheltered with beautiful garden furniture to enjoy. It was just a very short walk into the middle of the town. It was really good meeting with the owner on our arrival too. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home Maria we would definitely stay again. P.S. Thank you for the lovely goodie box!!!

Beautiful house in a fab location! Perfect home away from home! Positive: What a beautiful house! Everything was immaculate and so well thought out! The house had everything we needed and more and exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing and was easy to walk into town or to the beach and the train station being two minutes away was great for us to take a wee trip into Dundee with the kids! Would recommend the property to anyone and we would absolutely love to come back soon!

Fantastic, comfortable, relaxing and can’t wait to go back!! Positive: This was a fantastic property which was so clean and had everything you would need for a great break. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, great location, parking, lovely bathrooms with amazing shower pressure and such a nice place to return to and relax in the evening. Extremely close to all the Broughty Ferry restaurants and shops. We will certainly return if in that area again and communication was instant and helpful. Negative: Nothing!! Just perfect!!

Hands down the best private accommodation we've EVER had! Positive: Everything. An incredible find, looked great online but even better in person. The owner has put incredible effort into the design and decor, with loads of lovely small extra touches - we were blown away, genuinely. Location is amazing, two mins to centre, max five mins to the seafront. Negative: Faultless, I'd like to add some constructive feedback but struggling. It was simply brilliant. Maybe just be aware the parking spot is a little tight if you have a larger car but still doable.
