Lochside, Apartment D - Ideal for corporate stays

Flat D is on top floor with fabulous views, great location, Positive: Location incredible, in main road near charming high street. The flat D we were in was on top floor , fabulous relaxing apartment, big rooms , comfy beds, lovely calm rooms, spotless bathroom , great window seats well stocked kitchen with views on one side to street on other to rooftops and sea Negative: Apartment D is on top floor ( hence amazing views ) but is set in a historical building ) up 2 different sets of stairs then another 3rd set after opening front door ...so this particular flat is not good for anyone with mobility issues. I would also add in a non slip bath mat to the gorgeous bathroom. I would however come back to a lower flat because once in, it was a great place to be . Some people might get put off by the untidy shared alleyway to access the flat but this again was interesting.

Positive: Downtown & walking distance to all the places I needed. Hosts very helpful. Beds comfortable. No noise from the high street Negative: Quite a few stairs to get into the apartment. No elevator…. But it’s not a big deal. Apartment is quite cold, could do with a few portable heaters . The wall heaters couldn’t cope. A washing rack for hanging clothing could be nice.
