Steeple View Apartment

Positive: Lovely place, great views and location.

Characterful apartment at the heart of history, culture, quirky stores and near the sea. Positive: Great location in a historical town we spent a few days exploring. Characterful property that is part of the history of the town. Everything in the apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Heating worked well on cold nights. Negative: Bedroom is a little cramped with no bed side tables. The main feature of the apartment is its steeple view, but the windows were dirty. Staircase is worn and needed care. We arrived at night and needed a torch to use the lock box as the automatic stair light kept switching off.

Positive: Really good location in central Montrose a few minutes from the train station. Very comfortable flat. Negative: The only downside was that the hot water taps in the kitchen and bathroom only had lukewarm water. This made washing up harder and meant not being able to have a bath (the shower was fine).
