Orchar Park View

Positive: Spacious, clean and conveniently located. Negative: Would have liked outside space to use

We (group of 7) stayed at Orchar Park (45 Panmure Street, Broughty Ferry) for a full week while attending a friend's wedding in the area, and it was a great base for our stay. The location is excellent, short 3 mins walk to the seafront beaches, and Broughty Ferry's shops, cafes, and restaurants were a 10 mins walk, while still being quiet and relaxed in the evenings. Parking was ample, which made a big difference given we had 2 cars for the week and needed easy access for wedding-related comings and goings. The kitchen and living room were highlights, plenty of space for cooking together and chatting long into the evening, which suited a group stay perfectly. The bathrooms were on the smaller side, but that was a minor point against everything else the property had going for it, but Clark Anderson were very responsive with anything minor issue that popped up!

Positive: Location was perfect for anyone with a dog or kids! Negative: Parking was only on the road.

Positive: Close to the beach, park and train line. Negative: I cannot recommend this property based on my recent experience. The listing is misleading by displaying an icon of a garden, when you are not able to use the garden which is inconvenient when traveling with a dog. The lack of curtains in the main bedroom meant being woken up at sunrise, the shower in the main bathroom is in urgent need of repair due to severe temperature fluctuations and the oven didn't work. These issues made for a frustrating and uncomfortable stay.
