Muirton Cottage - Rural Bliss

Positive: Very clean. Such a quiet, peaceful location

Deer foxes Hare and grouse all spotted from the kitchen window ! Loved this place Positive: Brilliant location to explore Angus - felt like the middle of no where with farm fields all around but only a couple of minutes drive to Brechin so convenient for where I wanted to go - waking up each morning to the Hares running around - grouse everywhere and lots of birds flying around - we saw foxes and deer running in the fields - I loved it Negative: It is basic - not high end but very clean - good size and for the price - I was very happy overall

Take pleasure in nature Positive: This is the second time we have stayed here, the cottage is perfect, even better than the photographs. Great shower, comfortable beds and excellent kitchen. The silence and lack of light pollution is wonderful. We went on safari to South Africa to see the big five. We went to Muirton to see the small ten and we saw them all. Deer, hares, kites, hawks, woodpecker, house martins, swallows, grouse, pheasant and a cat. Between silence, a very well appointed cottage, wildlife and nearby seafood I cannot recommend it highly enough. Negative: Nothing

Positive: A beautiful, quiet, and peaceful area. The property is surrounded by farmland and forests. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need: fast internet, a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with comfortable beds, and two wonderful bathrooms. Above all, it was spotless. The owners were wonderful and very easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for a country getaway, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended 😍 Negative: Everything was perfect 👌
