Wonderful stay and loved this place.
Positive: Fabulous location with uninterrupted sea views and access. Very well located for access to Carnoustie and surrounding areas.
Negative: Very close to railway line but this wasn’t an issue and we habituated very quickly.

Had a great week and would certainly stay again. Lovely area with lots to see.
Positive: Enjoyed the porch - a good place to sit when it wasn't warm enough to be outside. Great location so near the beach and water. Easy to find but not a busy part of the town. The parking space was helpful. Even liked the trains!
Negative: Minor presentation only - bread board and sticky table. Easy to sort.
