The perfect spot for the perfect location Positive: The location! Meeting June and Geoff! The proximity to everything in Carnoustie, the views.

Positive: The views from the porch, lounge and master bedroom are fantastic. The cottage was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with plenty of glasses, crockery, and cutlery. Coffee, tea sugar, condiments and a selection of spices were supplied too. The owners were close by during our stay and were very friendly. Negative: The property was next to the railway line and we could hear the trains passing. It didn't bother us, but it is worth mentioning as it was a fairly busy line.

Wonderful stay and loved this place. Positive: Fabulous location with uninterrupted sea views and access. Very well located for access to Carnoustie and surrounding areas. Negative: Very close to railway line but this wasn’t an issue and we habituated very quickly.

Had a great week and would certainly stay again. Lovely area with lots to see. Positive: Enjoyed the porch - a good place to sit when it wasn't warm enough to be outside. Great location so near the beach and water. Easy to find but not a busy part of the town. The parking space was helpful. Even liked the trains! Negative: Minor presentation only - bread board and sticky table. Easy to sort.
