Absolutely brilliant place to stay, loved the quirkiness and the dog adored the big field. Fitted family of four comfortably.

For us it was a great place to stay. Positive: Perfect location for our trip - participating in a vintage motorcycle event based at Cultybraggan. Property spacious with well equipped kitchen. Good café on the site, also a wood fired pizza van (possibly operating Friday nights only). Local shops not far away in Comrie. Negative: The aofa bed could have been more comfortable, but.maybe they are all like that!

An ok stay but expensive for what it is Positive: The location is cool and has great big open spaces perfect for kids games and rounders. Plenty of parking and great wildlife all around. Good communication before our stay. Negative: It wasn't very clean when we arrived. I had to rewash all the glassware, there was a stale smell throughout, the shower seal and under the toilet seat were visibly dirty. I think for the price there should be a dishwasher and a second proper bed. The sofa bed was small and uncomfortable.
