Really liked this quirky accommodation. Good location, well equipped and a comfortable stay. Positive: Comfortable. Very well equipped (mostly) and very spacious. Central heating was not on,but the supplied oil radiators kept the place very warm (this was February). Big TV (catch-up and streaming only - no aerial) . Very quiet at night. Good Location (and interesting) - we weren't disturbed by any noise in the morning either. Negative: Mostly minor things. It could have been better cleaned - it wasn't terrible, but we came across a few long black hairs ( bathroom floor, on the bed) which suggested not properly cleaned, also, some of the glasses weren't too clean. Could have done with a dish towel to dry dishes ( but it had everything else like sponge\scourer , washing up liquid, instant hot water etc). Bathroom fan very noisy - reverberates around the whole building when on !

Quirky! We loved it. Positive: We loved the history of the place. It is truly a unique experience to stay in a nissan hut. The set up of the rooms were perfect for us. Beautiful walks and drives over the hills easy to reach.

Positive: Incredibly peaceful but unfortunately the weather was a whiteout so no chance to explore the local area. Negative: The electric heating is dreadful totally dried out the air and left us both with sore throats and runny noses. The microwave/grill/ oven is far too small to be of any use to anyone.

Experience that is totally awesome Positive: It was surprisingly cosy considering it was a Nissan hut, but it was lovely set out, bed was comfortable, the setting was a total experience Negative: The doors felt secure, but felt there could be a lock inside to secure more

Card games and bunkers Positive: Loved the location, walking around the camp and all the history, and access to the hills around. Hut spacious and comfortable. Negative: Sofa bed is a squeeze for 2, no chance of siblings lasting a night without a fight. Only other thing I can fault is that knives were blunt...
