The Palm.
Positive: The location is fantastic, so close to the shops,pubs and beach and also public transport.
Negative: Nothing I can think of.

Clean and comfy. Great additions like the arcade game and nice big garden for kicking a ball around. Great location for the Ferry and trains (if you like that sort of thing). Front bedroom could do with more insulation because of the cobbles outside and traffic, and blackout curtains. But probably our only issue.
