The premises meet our requirements. Positive: Clean and close to restaurants/shops. A handy base for visiting Dundee. Negative: The shower pressure was weak. The in-house pack didn't mention the requirement to strip beds and empty bins, as requested in the email.

Highly recommended Positive: The place was very spacious, clean, bright, classy and well equipped. The location is very good for both town and seaside. The beds were really comfy, and plenty of storage space available. Good facilities, and very reasonably priced. Negative: My elderly mother struggled with the front door a bit, it was quite stiff. If I'm being really picky, the shower was a bit short of power, and if it wasn't for these 2 small issues it would've been a 10, because it really was great in every other way.

Positive: This property was exceptional, offering ample space and a prime location in close proximity to Broughty Ferry High Street and the beach. The interior design was tastefully executed. The kitchen was comprehensively equipped with all necessary amenities; please note the presence of a concealed drawer beneath the gas hob, which houses the cutlery, a detail we discovered late in our stay. While one of the upstairs beds was not optimal, it was nonetheless satisfactory. Negative: We encountered two minor issues during our stay. One of these is an external factor beyond the property's control, specifically the limited availability of nearby parking. Additionally, the absence of a microwave was noted, which would have enhanced the convenience of our experience.
