Regal Residence - Metropolitan Luxury

Really happy with our stay, we all enjoyed the property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Positive: Really close to seafront and amenities but quiet at night. Well laid out. Thoughtful design, soft furnishings and good lighting! Lovely space to relax with friends. Negative: Lack of bedside lamp/ plug socket in third bedroom. Loose hot tap in main bathroom.

Positive: There's is nothing they could do to make the perfect home away from home stay Negative: Nothing at all

The premises meet our requirements. Positive: Clean and close to restaurants/shops. A handy base for visiting Dundee. Negative: The shower pressure was weak. The in-house pack didn't mention the requirement to strip beds and empty bins, as requested in the email.

Highly recommended Positive: The place was very spacious, clean, bright, classy and well equipped. The location is very good for both town and seaside. The beds were really comfy, and plenty of storage space available. Good facilities, and very reasonably priced. Negative: My elderly mother struggled with the front door a bit, it was quite stiff. If I'm being really picky, the shower was a bit short of power, and if it wasn't for these 2 small issues it would've been a 10, because it really was great in every other way.
