Regal Residence - Metropolitan Luxury

We really enjoyed our stay in Broughty Ferry but I don’t think I would book this apartment again even though the locatio Positive: Perfect location Negative: The tv seemed to be an internet only tv and kept cutting off. No bbc or local programs either. I actually thought the property had two showers when I booked it but it only had a shower in the upstairs bathroom which was disappointing. The downstairs toilet floor needs a good clean I’m afraid as the Lino didn’t look very fresh and there was big bits of fluff and dust stuck to the radiator.

Perfect for our girls get together - everything we could have possibly needed. Positive: Great location close to sea front, bars, restaurants & shops. Very comfortable beds & spotlessly clean. Negative: N/A

The bedrooms were all good sizes and the beds comfortable. The house is a great layout and in a great spot in town. Parking was sometimes difficult on the street, but we always were able to find a space not too far away.

Lovely stay Positive: Great location, beds comfy but downstairs bed could do with a mattress protector. Flat was lovely but noticed a few marks on upstairs bedroom carpet and fraying on other bedroom carpet. Lovely garden and e erything was on your doorstep Negative: Nothing. Apart from small detail with the bedroom carpets which is just a suggestion everything was lovely

Our stay at 277 in Dundee was excellent. The accommodation was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The host communicated promptly and professionally, ensuring we had all the information we needed. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made the experience even smoother. We look forward to staying here again whenever possible. I give it 5 Star review ✨.
