Fabulous stay in a beautiful property. Positive: Beautiful property, fabulous views and very comfortable accommodation.

Wonderful view from a Comfortable house. Positive: We liked the comfort of both the beds and the sitting area. The house was very well equipped. We loved the house being so sunny and the view over the water to Fife. Negative: The road up to the property would be quite a challenge if walking but without that the house wouldn’t have the amazing views it has.

Nice house outside needs some works which is a shame. Positive: Close to centre, nice views cute little house was ideal for us Negative: Bins outside were full and smelly. The decking is in a poor state. I knew it was on a hill but it was really steep. Was surprised to find we were required to strip our beds. Communication was poor messages were not replied to.

Positive: Surpassed all expectations and excellent service from management company. Negative: Nothing

First time visiting Broughty Ferry and it was an absolute delight even with Storm Dave. Positive: Very well appointed with everything you could need and the view was tremendous. Negative: The only issue was the entrance to the driveway. Scraped the underside of my car as it was so steep between the driveway and the kerbside. Probably needs levelling out a bit to avoid this for future guests.
