FerryView Cottage - Breath Taking Vista

The property was well presented with excellent views over Broughty Ferry but the hill was steep! Positive: The views over Broughty Ferry were excellent. The property was well presented with all adequate facilities for 4 people. Very good details, with pictures, on how to access the property and its amenities. Negative: The steepness of the hill to the property, it may be difficult to walk to the town and beach with mobility issues. The garden was not totally secure for pets.

Lovely…..but Positive: The location was amazing. Negative: We reported problems with the patio door and shower at the start of our stay, we received a apology, however the problems were not dealt with and we were not able to enjoy the patio during the amazing weather.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful property. Positive: Beautiful property, fabulous views and very comfortable accommodation.

Wonderful view from a Comfortable house. Positive: We liked the comfort of both the beds and the sitting area. The house was very well equipped. We loved the house being so sunny and the view over the water to Fife. Negative: The road up to the property would be quite a challenge if walking but without that the house wouldn’t have the amazing views it has.

Nice house outside needs some works which is a shame. Positive: Close to centre, nice views cute little house was ideal for us Negative: Bins outside were full and smelly. The decking is in a poor state. I knew it was on a hill but it was really steep. Was surprised to find we were required to strip our beds. Communication was poor messages were not replied to.
